The Iconic Playboy Club London launched ‘Art at Playboy Club London’ with an exhibition appropriately titled ‘Sorry You Missed the Sixties’. The Club will then play host to a number of famous artists and photographers, each exhibiting their finest work in this intimate gallery space immersed within the hub of the Club’s Players Lounge.
Brief
To create a sub-brand of Playboy Club London to attract a new audience to the Club.
Solution
A simple bold mark and style to sit comfortably with each exhibition’s artworks. The upside down ‘R’, representing the iconic bunny ears, reflects the creative nature of the subject and adds ownership to the identity.
Results
Overwhelming coverage in the press including ID, Harpers Bazaar, The Metro, Grazia and Telegraph online. Over 500 guests attended the private viewing generating revenue in art sales and new club memberships, which also increased brand awareness of Playboy Club London.
